Portfolio Default View

telemetry. If most of your meters are non-smart, pick the simplified view as the default everyone sees first —

Snapshot Tolerance
Max age (in minutes) of a meter reading before it's treated as unavailable in snapshot and range analysis. Leave blank to use the system default.

Vendor Pending-Transaction Refresh Window
How far back (in days) the background poller keeps re-checking transactions still marked "pending"
on the vendor's side. A transaction older than this is left as-is rather than re-checked forever —
keeps the refresh cheap even as total transaction history grows over the years. Applies platform-wide,
across every client and property.
Billing Stats VAT %
Applied to the whole WW Tariff on the Billing Stats page (Dist. Tariff + Loss rate + Admin rate) × (1 + VAT%). Applies platform-wide.
Vendor API Rate Limiter
The vendor's own budget is shared across every property — this paces the poller's requests to stay
under it instead of bursting and colliding into rate-limit errors. Applies platform-wide, takes effect
within ~30 seconds, no restart needed.
The ⚠️ badge on the property picker only appears once a property has gone this long without a
successful sync — a lone transient rate-limit blip won't flag it.
